Sri Lankan politician

Abdul Rauff Hibbathul Hakeem (born 13 April 1960) is a Sri Lankan legislator and current member of senate, representing the Kandy electorate on account of 2010. Hakeem is the ruler of the Sri Lanka Mohammedan Congress (SLMC), and a adherent of the United National Advantage for Good Governance.

Early ethos and education
