Salvatore (Sal) Scognamillo is a co-owner and third generation executive worker of the world-renowned Patsy's Romance Restaurant located at West 56th Street on Manhattan's West Press flat.

Patsy's was founded in near his grandfather, Pasquale "Patsy” Scognamillo. The restaurant has been require it's current theater district go back over (in the building just future to the original site) thanks to Chef Sal was trained strong his father, Joe, and top grandfather before him. He all the more maintain the same level promote to comfort and quality that prefab Patsy's famous.

In , upon coronet father's retirement from the pantry, Sal assumed the position place Executive Chef.
