Hilarion "Larry" Cuenca Silva (October 21, 1937 – April 27, 2004),[2] further known as Pipoy, was first-class Filipino comedian, film actor, newspapermen personality, boxer and politician, who served as 25th Vice Politician of Manila from March 28 to June 30, 1998.
